All our sales executives are equal and are responsible for the sale from start to finish - approaching the customer either via phone/email /face to face to the completion of the sale and all products. This means you are in control of all your commission and if you work hard you are rewarded!
We are a independent used car supermarket with 2 sites in Kettering and Derby - with around 600 vehicles in stock and sell over 400 cars a month!
We are looking to recruit a motivated experienced car sales executive who can not only sell but has great people skills and can give fantastic ,friendly customer service.
We have a fantastic modern showroom, a website that secures plenty of interest in our stock and advertise online.
You will need:
* drive and enthusiasm
* commitment and knowledge to convert leads into sales.
* great communication skills
* excellent customer service
* great track record in vehicle sales, ideally with experience of selling finance
* to enjoy working in a busy environment
* to be reliable and trustworthy
We offer a range of finance and additional products that can really boost your earnings. If you are a great sales person then we would anticipate your earnings to be close to 35k- 40K but there is no cap on earnings. Rota to be confirmed, but we do a 5 day out of 7 day week , it will include some or all weekend.
