Tree View Designs has been building custom websites and digital products for the NHS since 2009. We work with over 1,000 GP practices across the UK, and everything we build runs on our own bespoke CMS - a platform we've designed and developed entirely in-house. We're a small, high-standards team that takes compliance, accessibility and quality seriously, and we're growing.
The role
You'll join our team of website builders, creating and maintaining websites for NHS GP surgeries using our in-house CMS. A typical project involves taking the content from a practice's old website, bringing it across into our system, and building out the new site - assembling components, styling the pages, and making sure everything meets the NHS GP Website Benchmarking criteria and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines.
To be clear: this isn't a developer role and you won't be writing code. Much of the day-to-day work is methodical - carefully migrating content, building and styling pages within our CMS, and getting the detail right. We'll train you fully on our platform and our standards. What you bring is the basics and the right mindset.
What you'll be doing
- Building GP practice websites within our bespoke CMS
- Migrating content from clients' existing websites into our system
- Assembling and styling page components to a consistent, high standard
- Making sure every site meets GP Benchmarking and WCAG 2.2 AA requirements
- Working alongside the wider build team and spotting issues before they reach the client
What we're looking for
- A basic working understanding of HTML and CSS (you don't need to be a coder)
- Genuinely IT-savvy and comfortable picking up new systems
- Strong attention to detail - you notice the things others miss
- A methodical, get-it-right approach to your work
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job properly
You don't need NHS experience or a development background - we'll train you on everything you need. What we can't teach is being technically minded, IT-confident, and caring about the detail.

Pay: £24,420.00-£26,000.00 per year
