Our first two brands are ModelWise Network and Streetwise Tips.

It is a consumer-focused platform created to educate, protect and support aspiring and experienced models by helping them avoid scams, misleading practices and exploitation within the modelling industry.

Streetwise Tips is a growing consumer platform where people share useful advice, experiences and recommendations to help others make better everyday decisions.
Together, these platforms represent the beginning of an ambitious business with significant long-term growth plans.
THE ROLE
This role is far more than simply managing social media accounts.
You will become one of the public voices of our brands.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube platforms.
- Creating engaging written, graphic and video content.
- Building active online communities.
- Responding professionally to comments and direct messages.
- Educating the public about ModelWise Network and Streetwise Tips.
- Promoting our services in an honest, informative and engaging manner.
- Working closely with management to develop new campaigns and ideas.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys learning and understanding a business.
- Is an excellent communicator.
- Is creative and full of ideas.
- Can confidently explain products and services.
- Is proactive, organised and enthusiastic.
- Wants to help build trusted brands from the ground up.
Experience using Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite and major social media platforms is desirable.
However, understanding our mission and being able to communicate it effectively is even more important than previous social media experience.

This role is different from most social media positions.
Shortlisted candidates will receive our ModelWise Network & Streetwise Tips Candidate Information Pack before interview.
During the interview, you will be expected to demonstrate your understanding of our business and explain, in your own words:
- Why ModelWise Network was created.
- The problems it is trying to solve.
- What makes us different.
- How you would communicate our message to the public.
- Ideas for engaging social media content that reflects our mission.
We are looking for someone who can become an ambassador for our brands—not simply someone who knows how to post on social media.
