Fig & Willow / Shades of Time concession in De Gruchy is seeking a passionate and sales-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a confident, customer-focused individual with a love for fashion accessories,
gifts and people.
You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, maintain high visual
merchandising standards, and support daily store operations. Responsibilities include handling
deliveries, stock management, key holder duties (opening and closing the store), and
supporting colleagues when required. We are looking for someone well-presented, creative, reliable, and
flexible to work extra hours peak trading periods ie Christmas.
