As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team with day-to-day operations, leading the team by example, and ensuring our high standards never slip.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations: Managing the opening and closing of the business, cash handling, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Hospitality: Delivering a warm welcome and exceptional service; engaging with our regulars and building strong community relationships.
- Team Leadership: Working collaboratively to support, motivate, and coach team members on shift.
- Events & Bookings: Assisting with table reservations, coordinating larger function room events, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Digital Presence: Helping update social media accounts to promote events, offers, and pub highlights.
- Standards: Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across the pub.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality or pub environment (supervisory experience preferred).
- A genuine passion for pubs, the quality of drinks we serve, and exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Cellar and cask knowledge is a major plus, but not essential (we can train you!).

Requirements:
- Experience: Hospitality (1 year required), Customer Service (1 year required), Supervising (1 year preferred).
- Commute: Ability to reliably commute to London E1 8DA (including flexibility for early starts and late finishes).
- Work Location: In person.
