Quality Inspector | Starting rate £27,040
Are you an experienced manufacturing professional looking to join a dynamic, growing company? We specialise in the design and manufacture of bespoke cables and are currently seeking motivated Quality Inspectors to join our dedicated rewind and inspection team.
About the Role
As part of our rewind and inspection team, you will be responsible for ensuring all goods are rewound and tested in accordance with the requirements at each stage of production. You will operate and set production machinery, conduct quality control checks, and ensure products meet our high standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all required stage testing and final product inspections are carried out in accordance with product specifications and test plans, including any additional testing requirements
- Ensure all re-wind and testing activities comply with the Quality Management System (QMS) and the Quality Manager’s requirement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental policies
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Prioritise tasks and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support smooth production flow
About You
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and dexterity
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- A proactive approach to maintaining safety and quality standards

Monday-Thursday 6:30am - 4:30pm
