Puckator is creating a new Marketing Manager role to bring greater structure, coordination and commercial focus to our marketing activity. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, commercially minded marketer to help shape how marketing operates across a fast-moving, design-led international wholesale business supplying trend-led giftware, homeware, stationery, toys, licensed products and lifestyle ranges to retailers across the UK, Europe and beyond.
As the operational centre of the marketing function, you will connect strategy with delivery, ensuring activity is planned, prioritised and delivered effectively. Working closely with the Board, Fractional CMO, Sales, Buying, Creative, Digital and external partners, you will help turn strategic direction into clear plans, timelines, briefs, campaigns and practical delivery.

This is a broad, commercially focused Marketing Manager position with a strong emphasis on planning, coordination, product launches and sales enablement.
As this is a newly created position, you will have the opportunity to help define ways of working, strengthen planning processes and shape the role as the business continues to grow.
