Guntrader is the UK's leading online marketplace for buying and selling firearms, shotguns and shooting accessories. We work with Registered Firearms Dealers (RFDs) and private customers across the UK, helping them buy, sell and advertise within the shooting industry.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and motivated individual to join our team. No previous sales experience is necessary – if you have the right attitude, enjoy talking to people and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training you need.
The Role
You'll be responsible for speaking with new and existing customers, promoting Guntrader's products and services, and helping customers get the most from their advertising and software subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers by telephone and email.
- Promote Guntrader advertising packages and RFD Register software.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Follow up enquiries and quotations.
- Assist customers in choosing the right products and services.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and enjoys talking to people.
- Positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Willing to learn and develop new skills.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Sales experience is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or any role involving people would be an advantage but is not required.
Knowledge of the shooting industry is helpful but not essential.
