- Resolve issues at first contact wherever possible
- Support complaints, compliments and ASB reports in line with policy
- Raise and monitor repair orders
- Process payments and manage direct debit requests
- Promote digital access and empower residents to self-serve
- Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and regulatory standards
- Contribute to achieving Tenant Satisfaction Measures
This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality, compliant and customer-focused housing services .
About You
You will be:
- Customer focused and solution-oriented
- Confident managing difficult conversations
- Organised and able to prioritise competing tasks
- Experienced in customer service, housing, council or similar public-facing environments
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office systems
- A positive and collaborative team member
An understanding of social housing is desirable.

- Your birthday off each year
- Pension scheme
