We are looking for a self motivated individual who takes pride in all that they do, has excellent interpersonal skills and, has a willingness to learn and grow alongside the business.

There is currently 24 hours available for a Front of House Team Member with possibility for additional hours.
Please note we are dog friendly and have daily visits from many dogs with their owners!

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage queues efficiently
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the public areas and service stations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not necessary as all training is provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic maths
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating friendliness, professionalism and approachability
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak times and events
- Good communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
