Kidspace Croydon is one of the UK’s leading indoor adventure play centres, packed with exciting activities designed to create unforgettable experiences for children and families.
Part of the Escapade Group, we are passionate about delivering exceptional family days out in a safe, clean, welcoming and high-energy environment. Our team is large, young, diverse and full of personality—and we are looking for a confident leader who can bring out the best in them during our busiest times.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. As Weekend Duty Manager, you will support the General Manager and take responsibility for the smooth running of the centre across Saturdays and Sundays.
Weekends are when Kidspace is at its busiest, so you will need to be gutsy, calm under pressure and comfortable making decisions. You will be out on the floor: engaging with guests, motivating the team, spotting issues before they become problems and stepping in wherever you are needed.
