Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Assist with food and beverage preparation, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food safety protocols
- Support catering events by setting up tables, serving guests, and clearing dishes promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, kitchens, and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and guest interactions
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments with relevant experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in food preparation and serving within a fast-paced setting
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a lively environment
- Culinary experience or hotel experience is a plus for supporting diverse service needs
- Demonstrated understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene practices
