The Role:
- Assess claimant needs via phone & face-to-face doing Work Capability Assessments (WCA) for people claiming universal credit or employment support allowance - looking at their day to day tasks, functional ability and ability to work.
- Use your clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills to do in depth assessments.
- Review medical evidence & write detailed DWP reports
- Quality-focused, not target-driven
- 12 weeks paid training provided
Requirements:
- RN, OT or Physio
- 1+ year post-registration (adult setting)
- NMC/HCPC registered
- Strong communication & report-writing skills
- No sponsorship available
