Job Overview
We are looking for a new seasonal part-time cleaner and housekeeper to join our friendly hard working team until the end of October. *
The chosen person will help keep the showers, toilets & facilities of our campsite in top condition, and housekeep the rooms changing beds and cleaning between guests.
Staffing is organised by rota, and will include some weekend work.
Hours required per week and on each day are flexible to fit our chosen candidates.
* The may be an option to employ the successful applicant beyond the end of October, but we won't know if this is the case until September/October, so this job is a fixed term contract until the end of October.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and safely.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- A proactive attitude towards work and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
