We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our Client Services Team. The primary role of the Client Services Team is to act as the first point of contact for our insurers and clients in a dedicated telephony environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Act as the first point of contact for our insurer clients
Take ownership of customer problems, solving them at first point of contact and escalate when required.
Experience of/within the specific personal Injury and EL/PL/Clinical Negligence legal field
Ability to show empathy whilst having a resilient nature.
Using active listening and questioning techniques to elicit different types of information
Accurate Data Entry
High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
Process and analyse liability for personal injury cases to determine whether a claim is accepted or rejected
Arrange and maintain a calendar of client appointments
Liaise with insurer client
Answer and handle client enquiries
