Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nightclub Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant nightclub. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest services. Duties
- Manage the venue during opening times, this will involve late nights / early mornings
- Manage the night-to-night operations of the nightclub, including staff supervision and scheduling
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Oversee security procedures to guarantee a safe environment for customers and staff
- Coordinate with entertainment and DJ providers and organise event schedules
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Monitor compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the venue
- Manage stock levels, including beverages and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment
- Lead by example to foster a positive team environment and motivate staff members
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the hospitality, entertainment, promotions or nightclub industry
- Personal License holder
- Strong understanding of customer services and customer satisfaction principles
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact
- Knowledge of licensing laws, health & safety standards, and security protocols is essential
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and special events as required
