Finance Officer - High Wycombe
Part time - 21 to 25 hours per week (flexible in days)
£30,000p/a - £40,000p/a (pro rata)
our client is a well established and stable business who are looking for a Part time all round Finance Assistant to join their small team on a permanent basis.
The role will suit someone looking for part time hours up to 25 hours (potentially flexible) and be happy to work in the office on those days.
The responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of the Sales Ledger, Managing the invoices email inbox. Provide Income analysis as part of the quarterly management reports.
- Managing the invoice run and any adjustments, dealing with queries from customers regarding their invoices.
- Managing the Fee Billing aspects including nominal and fee codes to ensure the successful export of invoices to iFinance.
- Raising charges for facilities and other sundry income as requested.
- Supervision of the Finance Assistant in all aspects of their role and providing system support and training where needed.
- Assisting the Finance Manager with the payroll process including pension submissions
- insurance declarations and claiming for any fee refunds.
- Working with the Finance manager to produce the annual accounts and preparation for the audit.
- Recording and recovering Gift Aid.
- Assisting the Finance Manager in the continuous improvement of processes and systems undertaking projects as required.
- Undertaking any other duties which may reasonably be required by the Finance Manager
