What You’ll Be Doing
- Washing and putting away crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with food hygiene standards
- Supporting chefs with basic prep (peeling, chopping, portioning) when required
- Emptying bins and maintaining waste separation standards
- Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards in line with Environmental Health requirements
You’ll be an essential part of the kitchen operation, especially during busy weekends and event days.

Previous experience is helpful but not essential, we value attitude and effort over experience. Full training will be provided.
