Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and inventory control
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost revenue and enhance customer engagement
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of team productivity
- Maintain organized store environment through proper merchandising, stock management, and cleanliness standards
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person, ensuring positive interactions with all visitors
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks such as reports, sales data tracking, and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a retail setting with supervising responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Demonstrated success in sales management and team development
