1x staff member - 4 days weekly
1x staff member - 3 days weekly
Weekend working is essential for this position.

THE ROLE
The post holder will provide essential care at home and support services to adults in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire.
Assistance with all aspects of personal care including dressing/undressing, getting up and going to bed, medication administration, food and drink preparation, continence care. Assistance to go shopping, light domestic duties, companionship and socialising, social support attending outings, activities, and appointments. Rehabilitation and enablement support, including palliative.
Essential Role Requirements Due to the nature of work, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the holder of this role to be female as permitted under Schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.*
The role requires the post holder to have a full UK driving license and you must have your own car*
Disclosure Scotland PVG Registration prior to commencement of employment
Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) Registration within six months of employment
Training
Previous experience and understanding of adult social care are beneficial but not essential as the company will provide training and development to those looking to join the sector for the first time.
The opportunity to gain a relevant qualification within 3 years of employment will be supported through SVQ as part of SSSC membership conditions. As well as continuous on-the-job training, we use an e-learning portal for core skills training in key areas of adult support and protection.

Salary
Monday - Friday: £13.45 per hour.
Saturday & Sunday: £14.45 per hour
