Cherry Tree Day Nursery is looking for an exceptional leader to inspire our team, shape our culture and help take our nursery to the next level.
Salary: £36,000–£42,000 per annum (full-time equivalent), depending on experience.
Hours: 30–40 hours per week.
We are flexible regarding working hours and would consider applications from candidates looking to work 30, 35 or 40 hours per week. Salary will be pro-rata based on agreed hours and experience.
Cherry Tree Day Nursery operates across two buildings, providing high quality care and education for children aged 0-4 years.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a larger nursery, supported by an experienced management team and a hands-on owner who will give you the autonomy to lead the nursery day to day.
We welcome experienced Nursery Managers, as well as ambitious Deputy Managers who are ready to take the next step. We are looking for the right person, not simply the longest CV.

Essential requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (minimum)
- Strong nursery experience.
- Safeguarding knowledge and confidence.
- Leadership and team management skills.
Experience of Ofsted, whether as a Nursery Manager or as a member of staff during an inspection, would be beneficial.
