Carers required in the Ceredigion (Cardigan and surrounding area)
We are looking for a Carer who has a full UK driving license, business insurance. The post holder will need to have full use of their own vehicle.
Whether you have experience in this line of work or not, but if you are not familiar with the care industry not to worry as training and support will be provided.
The individual must be flexible, dependable, and trustworthy with the ability to cover sickness/holidays and last-minute cover. The day will consist of a 12-hour shift, this includes day/evening shifts (split shifts) and bank holiday over 7 day a week rota. This is paid under shift-based pay.
Millage will be paid at 55p a mile which can be claimed weekly.
Training will be provided online and face to face to help you feel confident in your role whilst supporting vulnerable people, training is also paid fo.
There is a high possibility for the post holder to move in a supervisory role with a pay increase. Ideally the post holder will hold a level 2 or higher QCF Health and Social care qualification, training again can be provided.
The successful candidate will have to do an enhance DBS check.
