Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting project management activities, ensuring seamless communication, documentation, and coordination across various projects. Duties
- Coordinate and support project teams by managing schedules, documentation, and communication channels.
- Assist in requirements gathering sessions and ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Utilise project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, and Smartsheet to track progress and update project timelines.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues impacting project delivery and collaborate with teams to develop solutions.
- Manage project documentation within content management systems like SharePoint, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Support cost control initiatives by monitoring budgets and expenditure against project plans.
- Facilitate team management activities including resource allocation, meeting organisation, and progress reporting.
- Prepare presentations and reports using Visio, PowerPoint, or other presentation tools for stakeholder updates.
- Assist in the utilisation of ERP systems such as Workday or SAP for resource planning and data analysis.
- Ensure adherence to methodologies such as SAFe, Waterfall, or Agile frameworks like Scrum during project execution.
- Support product development initiatives through content management systems and product management tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising or managing project teams with strong leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrable skills in requirements gathering, data analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce or SAP is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement and reporting purposes.
- Experience with programme methodologies including SAFe, Waterfall or Agile frameworks is desirable.
- Knowledge of content management systems like Confluence or SharePoint is preferred.
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams. Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
