Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by sanitizing surfaces, trash removal, and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are consistently maintained
- Use janitorial equipment safely and effectively, including vacuums, mops, buffers, and cleaning chemicals
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly to ensure a safe environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities
- Support team members in special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a lively environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is advantageous
- Reliable with excellent time management skills to meet daily cleaning schedules
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines diligently
