Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned sites using CCTV surveillance systems and physical inspections to identify potential security risks or breaches
- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and alarm systems to maintain constant awareness of the environment
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, ensuring safety for all parties involved
- Perform loss prevention activities by observing suspicious behavior and deterring theft or vandalism
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, assisting injured individuals until professional help arrives
- Document all incidents thoroughly through detailed reports and logs for future reference and investigations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain these certifications is expected
- Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems and other security technology
- Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm and assertive demeanor in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and emergency response procedures
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods while maintaining focus on surroundings
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with team members, visitors, and emergency responders
