Sales & Customer Service Representative – Cardiff
Our Cardiff team is expanding, and we’re looking for friendly, driven individuals who enjoy working with people to join us as Sales & Customer Service Representatives.
This is a Cardiff-based, field-based, self-employed opportunity involving door-to-door, face-to-face customer interactions in residential areas, representing a variety of client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with customers in residential neighbourhoods to promote client campaigns.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
- Build strong relationships while working towards individual and team targets.
- Attend daily office meetings, training sessions, and coaching before travelling to your assigned area.
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communication and strong people skills.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Working Pattern & Earnings
- Self-employed role.
- Uncapped, performance-based commission with weekly earnings.
- A minimum of 4 full working days per week, with availability between Monday and Saturday.
- Daily attendance at our Cardiff office before travelling to residential areas for door-to-door, face-to-face customer interactions.
