Job Summary

Duties
- Perform sewing, hemming, resizing, and other alterations with precision and care
- Assist customers by understanding their alteration needs and offering professional recommendations
- Manage garment repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe workspace to ensure smooth workflow
- Keep accurate records of each alteration job, including details and completion status
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Support inventory management by handling sewing supplies and materials responsibly
Requirements
- Proven sewing skills with experience in alterations or garment repair preferred
- Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory organization is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship excellence
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining a positive attitude
- Prior experience in a retail or service setting is advantageous but not required
