Job Summary:
Stone Range Café is looking for a friendly and energetic server to join our team! As a server, you will be the face of our café, providing excellent customer service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set for the next guests.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally.
- Process payments, operate the cash register, and handle transactions.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café dining area.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous serving experience is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Would be great if has barista experience
