Bar Team Member – Urban Reef, Southbourne
Urban Reef is looking for an experienced Bar Team Member to join our busy beachfront venue.
This is an all-round bar role, covering excellent service across cocktails, draught beer, wine, coffee and soft drinks. You’ll need to be confident working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards and helping create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience working behind a busy bar

Strong cocktail-making experience is essential

Confident serving beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks and hot drinks

Able to work efficiently and calmly during high-volume service

Friendly, professional and proactive with guests and colleagues

High standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation

Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and busy summer periods
Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering fast, friendly and knowledgeable bar service

Preparing cocktails consistently to Urban Reef standards

Taking orders and processing payments accurately
-
Keeping the bar clean, stocked and ready for service

Supporting the wider front-of-house team during busy shifts

Following all licensing, health and safety and company procedures
