We’re recruiting on behalf of an established HVAC specialist with an excellent reputation across the commercial sector in London. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced engineer to their team, working across a portfolio of high-profile and prestigious commercial sites throughout London and the M25.

The Role
As a Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer, you'll be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and repair of air conditioning systems across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.
You'll work independently across London and the M25, building strong relationships with clients and site teams while ensuring all equipment is maintained to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
- Servicing and maintaining Split, Multi-Split, VRV, VRF and DX systems
- Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Completing digital service reports and maintenance documentation
- Liaising with clients, facilities teams and site personnel
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with current regulations
- Managing your own workload and working efficiently across multiple sites
Chiller experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer who is confident working independently and has a strong technical background across a range of AC systems.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer
- F-Gas Qualification
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working on Split, Multi-Split, VRV, VRF and DX systems
- Commercial maintenance experience
- Chiller experience – desirable but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
