Dayco Cleaning is looking for a reliable, proactive and hardworking Estate Caretaker to join our team at The Green Quarter, a large modern residential development in Southall, West London.
This is a permanent, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being active, working both independently and as part of a team, and takes genuine pride in keeping a residential development looking its best.
You will be part of a dedicated caretaking team responsible for the day-to-day presentation of the estate, working closely with Dayco's management team and the on-site property management team.

- Assisting with food waste collections
- Carrying out scheduled and periodic cleaning tasks
- Identifying and reporting defects, damage or maintenance issues during estate rounds
- Working alongside the other caretaker and supporting the wider site team
- Helping to maintain a consistently high standard for residents and visitors
The role is physical and active, involving considerable walking, outdoor work and the regular movement of communal waste bins.
