Job Purpose:
- To assist with the maintenance and improvement of the Quality and Hygiene Management Systems.
Person Profile:
- Experience of working as Quality Inspector and/or Production Operator within manufacturing organisation, including ‘Hygiene’ environment
- Capable of learning new skills quickly.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or MRP systems.
- Willing to contribute to a team-working philosophy.
- Able to work shifts across 5 day working pattern
Key Tasks:
- Visual inspection of plastic injection moulded products.
- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, patrol inspection and sample inspection of finished goods.
- Raise internal Nonconforming Output Reports.
- Assist with Internal Audit programme
- Operate production machinery as required; assist with secondary operations
- Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by following, and enforcing, standards and procedures
Working hours:
- Operating on a rotating two-shift system between 7am and 11pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 1pm on Friday
