About the Role:
Stirling Trailer Centre, Central Scotland Main Ifor Williams Dealership and INEOS Grenadier Service Centre are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team. This role involves supplying parts for a wide range of vehicles including cars, vans, 4x4s, and trailers. You will play a vital role in ensuring the workshop and customers receive the correct parts efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and sourcing parts for cars, vans, 4x4’s and trailers
- Assisting both retail and trade customers with parts enquiries
- Processing orders, returns, and invoices accurately
- Maintaining stock levels and carrying out regular inventory checks
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Supporting the workshop team with parts requirements
- Providing expert advice on parts compatibility and availability
Requirements:
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude with a passion for delivering great customer service
- Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience in an automotive parts role
- Experience with trailer parts and accessories
- Knowledge of aftermarket and OEM parts systems
