Massarella & Co Ltd is a family run business with many years experience in the hospitality sector. We are seeking a Manager for our most recent new coffee shop and brunch spot which will be opening in Southwell.
Salary - £30,000 per annum plus bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Safe, efficient managing of the kitchen and front of house
- Maintaining accurate financial and stock records
- Development of staff team through training, online and on site
- Managing due dilligence and compliance checks
- Upholding Massarella & Co core values
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Managing relationships with external stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years experience in the hospitality industry
- At least 2 years management experience
- A good understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety requirements
- Competent in IT
- Ability to understand and deliver financial and other targets
- Barista skills will be a benefit but not essential
The successful candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality and be confident of working within a busy environment, having a positive, enthusiastic attitude is essential to maintaining a happy, hard working staff team. They will need to demonstrate the ability to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.
