Job Description
Call Courier Ltd is looking for reliable, professional, and hardworking Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our growing delivery network. You will be responsible for completing daily delivery routes, ensuring parcels and goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to customers.
This role is ideal for experienced delivery drivers who are organised, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple deliveries throughout the day. You will represent our company while providing a high standard of service to residential and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily multi-drop delivery routes efficiently.
- Load, organise, and secure goods in your van before starting deliveries.
- Deliver parcels, goods, and items safely to customers.
- Follow delivery schedules and route instructions.
- Provide excellent customer service at every delivery point.
- Obtain proof of delivery where required.
- Use delivery apps and navigation systems effectively.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
- Follow all company procedures and health & safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred but not essential.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
- Good knowledge of local roads and navigation.
- Ability to complete multiple deliveries per day.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Smartphone required for delivery applications and communication.
Vehicle Requirements:
- Must provide your own MWB or LWB van (Medium Wheel Base / Long Wheel Base).
- Van must be clean, reliable, and suitable for commercial deliveries.
- Must have valid Hire & Reward insurance for courier/delivery work.
- Valid MOT and vehicle tax required.
- Vehicle must be maintained to a safe and professional standard.
