Reports to: Head of Multi-channel Retail
The Fashion Concession Manager will be the ultimate brand ambassador for Izabel London within the host department store. This role requires a commercial, fashion-forward leader who will drive sales through exceptional styling and high-energy customer service. Free from till duties and cashing up, the focus is entirely on maintaining impeccable visual merchandising, driving daily sales targets, and making the Izabel London department the most visually appealing and commercially successful destination on the shop floor.
Core Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising & Commercial Styling
- Implement Izabel London seasonal style guides, transforming high-volume print and trend stories into highly commercial floor layouts.
- Dress and style mannequins, focal points, and promotional walls to inspire customers and showcase day-to-evening dressing.
- React fast to daily sales data, moving bestselling prints and key items (like dresses and knitwear) to high footfall areas.
- Ensure all stock is beautifully presented, sized, and steamed to reflect the brand's commitment to great value and quality.
Sales Performance & Customer Engagement
- Drive daily concession revenue by proactively approaching customers and delivering a friendly, accessible personal styling experience.
- Build a loyal customer base by offering advice on fit, outfitting, and versatile styling for different body shapes.
- Motivate and coach the floor team to maximise sales opportunities, focusing heavily on cross-selling accessories or matching layers.
Store Operations, Stock Management & Head Office Communication
· Ensure full adherence to all company policies and procedures including where relevant, host store procedures, with particular emphasis on health and safety of staff and customers.
· Maintain high security awareness by ensuring that all company security procedures are complied with.
· Ensure that all company and host store procedures are strictly adhered to.
· Implements any markdown and price alterations within agreed timescales
· Ensures high standards of housekeeping including maintenance of stockroom standards
· Oversee high-volume deliveries, ensuring stock is processed and floor-ready at pace.
· Monitor and maintain all aspects of stock management including stock losses, markdowns and stock levels.
· Manage meticulous floor replenishment so sizes are always available to the customer.
· Provide regular feedback to the UK Head Office on product performance, customer feedback regarding fit, and local competitor activity.
People
- Recruit and train new employees which meet Izabel London’s Retail standards ensuring that all probationary requirements and individual reviews are carried out within the correct time scales.
- Carry out induction of new staff ensuring that required competencies are demonstrated and all documentation is correctly completed then forwarded to Head Office and Line Manager as required.
- Monitor and evaluate the development needs of staff ensuring appropriate coaching and training is provided to ensure needs are met
- Monitor performances of staff identifying any disciplinary issues or training needs and ensuring appropriate action as required.
- Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service to all our customers both internal and external as an ambassador for Izabel London.
· Ensure all team members deliver agreed service levels to customers. Maximising every sales opportunity.
· Proactively seek feedback from Hosts on performance of team and work in partnership to address any issues.
Candidate Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Retail Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a fashion retail supervisory or management role, ideally within a department store concession environment.
- Visual Flair: A strong eye for commercial trends and a proven track record of creating high-impact visual displays that drive volume sales.
- Communication: Outgoing and confident communicator who can build immediate rapport with customers and host store management.
- Pace: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where stock turns over rapidly.

- Concession Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales budgets.
- Visual Standards: Passing brand presentation audits with top marks.
- Stock Availability: Maintaining 100% floor density and accurate size availability.
- Host store relationships: Maintaining excellent business relationships with the host store
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
