We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our Hitchin branch and play a key role in leading our team, growing the business, and delivering the high standards of service our customers expect.

The Role
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation and growth of our Hitchin branch.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the branch team.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable travel experiences.
- Driving sales performance and achieving branch targets.
- Coaching team members to develop their skills and confidence.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community.
- Managing the daily operation of the branch.
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow the business.
- Maintaining the high standards and personal service that Savvi Travel is known for.
About You
We are looking for a passionate travel professional with proven industry experience.
You will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within the travel industry (essential).
- Previous experience managing or supervising within a retail travel environment.
- A successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Confidence using travel booking systems and supplier platforms.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for travel.
