Role Overview
We are looking for friendly and reliable Part-Time Sales Assistants to join our new Birmingham showroom team. The role involves helping customers, answering product questions, and supporting day-to-day showroom operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
- Help customers choose suitable lighting products
- Process sales and customer orders
- Keep the showroom clean and organized
- Answer customer enquiries in person and over the phone
- Support the team with general showroom duties
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Retail or sales experience preferred but not essential
- Reliable and able to work weekends if needed
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Work Location: In person
