Jackrabbit is looking for a commercially minded Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Manager to help build and manage our growing creator division.
The role has two main areas of responsibility.
Firstly, you will manage creator-led affiliate campaigns for brands. This will involve identifying relevant creators, placing products with them, setting up affiliate partnerships and helping campaigns generate measurable sales.
Secondly, you will help manage creators represented by Jackrabbit. You will handle commercial enquiries, identify sponsorship opportunities, negotiate partnerships and support the long-term commercial growth of their channels.
Creators will always retain full editorial control. Your responsibility will be the commercial relationship, campaign management and administration around their content.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and onboard new creators into the Jackrabbit network
- Build strong, long-term relationships with creators and their teams
- Match brands and products with creators whose audiences are likely to convert
- Coordinate product seeding, affiliate links, discount codes and campaign activity
- Manage communication between brands, creators, retailers and distributors
- Track affiliate sales, revenue, commissions and campaign performance
- Provide brands with clear performance reports and recommendations
- Manage incoming commercial enquiries for creators represented by Jackrabbit
- Proactively pitch creators to suitable brands and potential sponsors
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, agreements and campaign timings
- Maintain creator profiles, rate cards, schedules and commercial records
- Help develop Jackrabbit’s creator offering, systems and processes
- Work towards agreed revenue and growth targets
About you
You may currently work in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, talent management, account management or media sales.
You should have:
- Experience working directly with creators, influencers or digital publishers
- A strong commercial instinct and confidence discussing money and negotiating deals
- An understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-led partnerships
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Confidence using data to assess and improve campaign performance
- A genuine interest in YouTube, online creators and the wider creator economy
Experience in consumer technology, audio or enthusiast-led YouTube channels would be beneficial, but is not essential.
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
