Job Summary
We are leading sign manufacturers specialising in the fabrication of wayfinding sign systems, solar display systems, bespoke signage, noticeboards, information display products and letterboards.
Onsite training will be provided, previous experience in this type of role would be beneficial but not essential.
Working with our production team you will be responsible for powder coating orders to customer specification and quality checking the items once complete.
Normal working requires this position to wear a full face mask, which will be provided.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning and masking as necessary.
- Operate powder coating equipment and apply coatings to metal parts.
- Monitor the curing process to ensure proper adhesion and finish.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition.
- Collaborate with team members on fabrication and assembly tasks as needed.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively during the coating process.
