We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to lead and develop our marketing and sales activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional who can create effective marketing campaigns, generate new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving revenue growth, and supporting the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Marketing
- Manage WordPress websites, SEO and Google Business Profiles.
- Create LinkedIn and Facebook content and schedule it through Planable.
- Plan campaigns, landing pages and calls to action.
- Produce photography, videos, articles, case studies and the internal newsletter, The Buzz.
- Create AI training video content using Synthesia.
- Manage internal communications and employee engagement activity.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Monitor competitors, campaign results and marketing performance.

Lead Generation
- Manage WordPress websites, SEO and Google Business Profiles.

CRM and Sales Support
- Manage WordPress websites, SEO and Google Business Profiles.
- Create LinkedIn and Facebook content and schedule it through Planable.
- Plan campaigns, landing pages and calls to action.
- Produce photography, videos, articles, case studies and the internal newsletter, The Buzz.
- Create AI training video content using Synthesia.
- Manage internal communications and employee engagement activity.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Monitor competitors, campaign results and marketing performance.

Leadership and Management
- Work closely with senior management to support business objectives.
- Develop and improve sales and marketing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Job Knowledge and Skills
B2B marketing and lead generation experience.
Confident using LinkedIn, Apptivo CRM and WordPress.
Strong copywriting and research skills.
Good knowledge of SEO and social media.
Able to use Adobe Creative Cloud for design, photography and video.
Organised, proactive and commercially focused.
