What are we as a venue?
We are an independent cocktail bar. That opens as a cafe everyday to offer brunch and coffee. We are table service venue so a strong desire to be a great server and sales person is a must.
What are we looking for?
Someone with a great guest facing personality that is guest first. This is a hands on role so you will need to be exceptional on the floor. Amazing at making coffee and equally as comfortable pouring wine and making cocktails. If you happy to jump in the kitchen, help prep, cook food and be a genuine all around all star. As part of the role there will be additional responsibilities, so a knowledge of food safety compliance, HR practises and other day to day operational tools is advantageou.
What do we offer in return?
We offer a competitive salary or if you prefer an hourly base payment, with service charge. This may vary depending on experience. Along with multiple KPI based team incentives.
