We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Waitress or Waiter to join our welcoming tearoom team at Jacksons Nurseries.
Our tearoom is at the heart of our garden centre in Bagnall, Staffordshire, and we pride ourselves on providing a warm welcome, excellent service, and delicious homemade food in a relaxed countryside setting.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on position combining front of house service with some behind-the-scenes support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders and handling payments
- Delivering food and drinks to tables
- Clearing tables and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Assisting with pot washing
- Supporting basic kitchen preparation as required
Hours
- 16–18 hours per week
- Worked on a rota system
- Includes some weekend working

- Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided
