Ready to Turn Ideas Into Experiences?
If you’re organised, energetic and enjoy being around people, this could be an excellent first step into the events industry.
We’re looking for a Junior Event Manager to join our Liverpool team. You’ll learn how events are planned, coordinated and delivered while working closely with customers, colleagues and event partners.
You don’t need a background in events. What matters is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to stay organised when things get busy.
Your Day Could Include
- Helping coordinate events from initial planning through to delivery
- Communicating with customers to understand their requirements
- Supporting event schedules, bookings and arrangements
- Working with different teams to make sure events run smoothly
- Assisting with event-day setup and coordination
- Handling customer questions professionally
- Helping resolve unexpected issues quickly
- Keeping track of tasks, deadlines and event details
What Makes You a Good Fit?
You could be a great match if you are:
- A confident communicator who enjoys meeting people
- Highly organised and comfortable managing several tasks
- Positive, dependable and willing to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Interested in developing a career in events, hospitality, sales or management
- A recent graduate, school/college leaver or career starter looking for an opportunity
Previous event management experience is not required. Full training and guidance will be provided.
Where Can You Go From Here?
This role is designed to give you a strong foundation. As you build experience and demonstrate your ability, you can take on larger responsibilities across event coordination, client management and team leadership.
For the right person, this can be the beginning of a long-term career in events and management, rather than simply another entry-level job.
What We Offer
- Full initial training
- Practical experience in event coordination
- Regular coaching and development
- Opportunities to take on increased responsibility
- A collaborative team environment
- Clear potential for progression based on performance and development
