Our Maintenance Assistants work as part of a team to support the Facilities Manager to ensure standards are maintained and the general upkeep of the hotel is to standard.
What Will You Be Doing?
Below are some of the duties and responisibilities of a Maintenance Assistant here at Cliveden House..
- Responding to emergency calls for grounds maintenance from all departments;
- Ensuring all priority jobs are completed;
- Keeping the cottage and Cliveden gardens area to the high standards expected;
- Respond to changes in job priorities at short notice;
- Being aware of your responsibilities under the Health Safety at Work Act;
- Where necessary, assist with general maintenance tasks
- Keep record of electronic recording of regular compliance check-list
- Being fully aware of the Hotel’s Fire Safety Procedures; and
- Being on call on a rota basis.
