High Healthcare are growing & expanding at a rapid rate thanks to our outstanding reputation within the community, due to this ongoing expansion we have new vacancies for Care Assistants & Support Workers to join our Leeds residential agency service.
What does a Career as a Care Assistant at High Healthcare entail?
Care Assistants at High Healthcare have not all worked in Care for years, but they do all have a wish & desire to care and support others in their community. We are very fortunate to be partnered with two great training providers to allow our in-house training to take someone who has had a previous career in retail, hospitality, or industrial roles and help them become fully trained care assistants. All we need our team members to start with is the right attitude and a caring personality.
In return, we provide our Care Assistants with additional training opportunities, role progression, a 24/7 supportive office team and job security with a reliable, premium income.
What will caring involve?
Being a Care Assistant at High Healthcare doesn’t just mean household duties, it means adding value to the lives we support. We can cover everything from helping residents to be as active and independent as possible to social calls or day trips. It means having a good relationship with them and using the skills we will teach you to help them deal with day-to-day tasks like personal care, meal preparation. It also means working as part of a team with your colleagues in line with the implemented personalised care plans. Our rotas can vary from week to week, so if you are a person that thrives in different environments and meeting new people this role is perfect for you!
We can offer part time or full-time day or night shifts to suit your availability and provide the perfect work-life balance.
Work Experience requirement for Care Assistant
If you can come to us with enthusiasm, dedication, and an attitude to care, then we can give you a career that is strong and reliable week in week out with fixed hours and likeminded colleagues.
A driving license would be advantageous but not essential for this role providing you are comfortable using public transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Pay: £22,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
