Barber Opportunity – Lazarou Duke Street (Cardiff City Centre)
We’re looking for serious barbers who want to work at the highest level.
This is a fully self employed position at Lazarou Duke Street, right in the heart of Cardiff city centre, with one of the busiest client flows in the area.
If you’re good at what you do and you want to earn properly, this is the environment for it.
You’ll have full control of your own diary. Set your own hours. Work when you want. Block time when you want. No shifts, no being told when to come in, no micromanagement.
You’ll get full access to our booking system so you can manage your clients directly from your phone. Everything is transparent, clean, and built to support you making money.
This is not a managed shop. No one is standing over you. You run your own column, your own clients, your own business within the space.
We are based in a prime city centre location which means consistent footfall, strong repeat clientele, and some of the highest tip rates you’ll see in the industry.
A realistic benchmark for a quality barber here is £250+ per day, with higher earnings very achievable as you build your column.
Our systems are built to give self employed barbers the best chance of success. Clean payment splits, full visibility on earnings, and smooth day to day running so you can focus on cutting hair and building your clientele.
We are only looking for barbers who take pride in their work and want to be in a serious environment.
