Job Description
4 Construction Management Ltd is looking for a reliable skilled labourer to join our site team in Birmingham. Immediate start available for the right candidate.
You'll be supporting our trades on a busy site, so we need someone who can crack on without being chased, keeps the work area safe and tidy, and takes pride in doing the job properly.
Duties include:
Assisting trades with day-to-day site works
Moving and distributing materials around site
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
General labouring duties including breaking out, clearing and loading
Following site rules, RAMS and instructions from the site manager
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card — essential, no exceptions
Previous site labouring experience
Own PPE (boots, hi-vis, hard hat)
Good timekeeping and a solid work ethic
Able to work well as part of a team
Desirable (not essential):
Own transport
Additional tickets (e.g. manual handling, asbestos awareness)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard site hours
