Clark Wood is partnering with a leading independent accountancy firm to recruit an Audit Manager or Senior Manager for its established Not-for-Profit team in Leeds
This is a great opportunity to join a respected team in Leeds working with a varied portfolio of charities and not-for-profit organisations, taking ownership of audits while building long-term client relationships in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
Manage a portfolio of charity and not-for-profit audit clients from planning through to completion.
Deliver high-quality audit and advisory work, providing practical advice and technical support to clients.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.
Support business development activities where appropriate.
Review work, mentor junior staff and help develop the wider team.
Keep up to date with charity accounting and regulatory changes.
About You
ACA or ACCA qualified.
Strong external audit background with experience in the charity/not-for-profit sector.
Good knowledge of the Charities SORP and charity accounting requirements.
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
