Job Description: Host & Receptionist– Wild by Tart, Belgravia

What we’re looking for:
· Experience of minimum 1 year in a busy restaurant as host or receptionist
· A warm, confident and welcoming approach to every guest
· Experience of minimum 1 year using a booking system such as seven rooms or open table
. Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and over email
. Fluent written and spoken English
· A host who can create a warm, engaging, and professional guest experience
· Organised, level-headed, and detail focused approach to service and guests
. A willingness to learn and understand how to always maximise revenue, while maintaining service standards.
· Confidence managing bookings, guest flow and first impressions· Ability to stay calm, organised and professional during busy services· A helpful, team-first attitude
